Dr. Mani is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience advising SMEs, MNCs, and GLCs, including clients like FELCRA, 7-Eleven, Dome, and Intel. A certified performance and leadership coach, he was recognised as Malaysia HR Leader of the Year in 2012 and 2015. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Engineering at INTI University & Colleges and has been featured in Human Resources Malaysia magazine for his insights on talent retention and recognition.
Dr. Mani specialises in employee engagement, total rewards, executive compensation, leadership development, HR transformation, and senior management coaching. He played a key role in bringing Intel’s new plant to Kulim, creating 3,000 jobs, and has coached over 80 industry leaders in Penang. During the pandemic, he managed a quarantine center and helped set up a vaccination center for 9,000 factory workers.
His extensive experience, leadership, and strategic insights continue to make a significant impact on the HR and corporate landscape.
